Platform terms

1. About altasweep

altasweep is a project of Affluenss LLC, Sharjah Media City, UAE. We are exploring a programme connecting households with cleaning provided by partner cleaning companies in Dubai, alongside a paid recording programme. altasweep is a technology platform and does not employ cleaners or directly provide cleaning services.

2. Joining the waitlist

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details. Joining is free and does not require payment information. We may contact you about your interest and ask for more information before confirming a place. Availability, launch timing and participation are not guaranteed.

3. The planned cleaning offer

The proposed offer is free professional cleaning in exchange for agreed first-person recording of the cleaner’s work. The cleaning company, appointment details, recording arrangements and relevant service terms will be shared before you confirm a session. No appointment is created by submitting the waitlist form.

4. Recording and privacy

No video is collected through this website. Before recording begins, we will explain what is recorded, how identifying details are removed, who may process it, dataset licensing, retention and your choices. We will seek recording consent at that time. You can ask to pause or stop a recording. Other adults must be informed and agree; children must not be recorded.

5. Household participation

If you accept a future slot, you should be present, provide safe access and put away valuables and private documents. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change a confirmed visit. There is no no-show fee in this pilot; unused slots may be offered to another household.

6. The planned recorder programme

The proposed rate is up to AED 20 per accepted hour, paid by bank transfer after you accumulate 10 or more accepted hours. We will confirm the exact rate, eligible tasks and acceptance rules before you start. There is no guaranteed minimum work or earnings. Recorders use their own phone and headstrap. We provide a purchase link if you need a strap; you buy it yourself. No purchase is needed to join the waitlist. Joining the waitlist does not create an employment relationship or require you to accept an assignment.

7. Your choices

You may leave either waitlist or request deletion of your signup details by emailing hello@altasweep.com. Our Privacy policy explains how we use the information you submit.

8. Updates and contact

We may update this pilot as we learn from interest and availability. Material participation terms will be shared before you confirm any service or recording work. For questions, contact hello@altasweep.com.
