This notice explains how Affluenss LLC, Sharjah Media City, UAE, uses information on the altasweep waitlist website. Contact hello@altasweep.com with any privacy question.
What we collect now
We collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone, community and relevant household or recorder information. Household forms also ask for an address and general access instructions, with an optional Google Maps location link. Recorder forms ask about tasks, equipment, languages, availability and age confirmation. Please do not include passwords, secret entry codes, financial details or sensitive information.
Contact forms collect your name, email and message. We retain your consent confirmations, submission dates, signup status and campaign tags such as UTM parameters.
Why we use it
We use your details to register and manage your interest, send a confirmation, respond to you and contact you about relevant launch opportunities. We do not sell waitlist contact details. Joining is not consent to unrelated advertising.
Storage and service providers
Signup information is stored in our site’s database and is available to authorised altasweep administrators. We use ChatGPT Sites and its hosting infrastructure to run the website, and Resend to send transactional emails. Providers process the information needed to supply those services. If a cleaning opportunity becomes available, we will explain any sharing with the relevant cleaning company before confirmation.
Cookies, security and analytics
Essential browser storage remembers your privacy choice and, for the owner dashboard, supports sign-in. If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 and aggregate site counters to understand visits, form starts, steps and completed waitlist registrations. We send page paths and event names, not the names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses or other details you enter in forms. Advertising features are disabled. Choosing Necessary only prevents optional analytics from loading. You can change your choice below.
To limit abuse, we process network information and keep a short-lived hashed rate-limit counter. Our hosting and email providers may also process technical logs for security and delivery.
Example videos
Recording previews use short excerpts hosted on our site, edited into a continuous reel. The headstrap carousel also embeds two Shift reference videos. Loading those external videos connects your browser to Shift, which may receive technical information such as your IP address. These clips demonstrate recording styles and are not altasweep participants or results.
Recordings
This waitlist website does not collect recordings. Any future recording programme will have a separate explanation of consent, processing, licensing, retention and deletion before you participate. The images on this site illustrate the proposed programme.
Retention and your choices
We keep waitlist details while your interest is active, for up to two years after your last activity unless a shorter period is requested or retention is needed to resolve an issue. You can ask to access, correct or delete your details, or leave the waitlist, by emailing us. We may need to verify that the request is yours.
Children and changes
The waitlists are for adults aged 18 or older. Do not submit children’s information. We will update this notice when the programme or use of data changes.
